No referral is needed to book an appointment with us. However, some insurance providers may require one for reimbursement, so it’s a good idea to check with your provider first.

We work with adults and teens. If you feel our services may also benefit your child, book a consultation—we’d be happy to chat and see how we can help.

Currently, all services are virtual. If demand grows, we may consider in-person sessions in the future.

Our services are available only to residents of Ontario. If you're located outside the province or country, we recommend connecting with a qualified speech-language pathologist in your area. We’re glad to help point you in the right direction if needed.

Yes. We adjust goals as needed to ensure you’re on the right path and making the most progress.

Home practice is a key part of making progress. We’ll provide you with personalized exercises to help reinforce what you’ve learned and keep you moving forward between sessions.

Therapy sessions are typically 45 to 60 minutes long. Frequency depends on your individual goals and needs—some clients come weekly, while others may come bi-weekly or monthly.

All you need is stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. We use Zoom, a secure, easy-to-use video platform.

Absolutely. Your privacy is important to us. All sessions are confidential and comply with professional and legal standards for privacy and data security.
Payment and insurance

Most private health insurance plans cover speech-language pathology services. Since coverage varies, we recommend checking with your provider to confirm the details and whether a doctor’s referral is needed for reimbursement.

We don’t offer direct billing at this time. However, we’ll provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Yes. Our services are eligible for reimbursement through the Ontario Autism Program. Please contact us for more details on how we can support your needs.
